Lenghi Teng (1976) is an autonomous photographer, born in Vietnam with Chinese roots and raised in the Netherlands from the year of three.

Before Lenghi started a career in art, she had worked in the financial business for many years. Due to a burnout, a new chapter followed, in which she reconnected with her essential self and began to rethink the importance of life. She followed her heart, decided to study photography and graduated at the University of Applied Photography Rotterdam in 2016.

Inspired by memories and imaginations, her work can be described as staged and serene, often subdued with a sense of melancholy.

Lenghi has been selected as Dutch New Talent 2019 by GUP. Her work has been featured, awarded, exhibited and is held in private collections.
